Which bed linen suits me?

In addition to a choice of different colors, our duvet covers are also available in different materials. But what is the difference between percale cotton and chambray cotton? Discover which duvet cover material suits you best.

Percale cotton is a luxurious material that feels nice and crispy and cool. It is made from 100% cotton and therefore offers the same benefits as 'normal cotton'. But by using finer yarn and a higher thread count, the fabric feels even softer and more pleasant. Due to the high weave density, percale cotton bed linen is extra sturdy and remains beautiful for a long time.
Percale duvet covers are made of a minimum of 200 cotton threads per inch. A sheet may only be called percale if it has at least 200 thread counts (TC = thread density) per inch. Percale therefore indicates a weave density and yarn fineness that is higher than with regular cotton (144 counts). However, it is a very high-quality material, which is therefore well suited for making the bed beautifully.

Chambray woven cotton is an airy cotton fabric that is woven in plain weave. Because 2 different colors of yarn are used, the fabric has a rough mixed look that is somewhat reminiscent of denim. In addition, the threads themselves are colored (thread colored), so the color hardly fades.
A chambray woven cover set feels great in every season, is super durable and only becomes more beautiful and softer with use. Good night!
