Where is my package?

As soon as the order is packed, you will receive an email from us with the tracking details. From that moment you can start tracking the order. If the status of your order changes, you will receive another message about it. But through the track and trace code, you can also easily continue to follow the order.

What is the delivery time?

The order arrives quickly! Delivery times in the Netherlands:
Generally, we pack all orders placed before 3:00 PM on the same day. In most cases, your order will then be at your next working day.
Ordering on the weekend? Then you need to be a little more patient, because we will pack your order on Monday.

Delivery times in Belgium, Germany, and France:
Generally, we pack all orders placed before 3:00 PM on the same day. In most cases, your order will then be at your place after about 2 to 3 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

We pay the shipping costs for you if the order amount is above €20. So in many cases, you enjoy free shipping at HOOMstyle. If the order amount is below €20, the shipping costs are €5.95.

We also deliver in Belgium, Germany, and France.
BE and DE: Free shipping from €50 (otherwise €7.95).
FR: €12.50
