What size duvet cover do I need?

The size of a duvet cover depends on your mattress and the size of your duvet. All our duvet covers are nice and long. Thanks to the handy open tuck-in strip of 40 cm, they are also suitable for longer duvets up to 240 cm in length. We have the following sizes:

  • Single duvet cover - 140x240 cm:
    Width duvet: 140 cm
    Suitable for mattress width: 70, 80, 90 and 100 cm
  • Double duvet cover - 200x240 cm:
    Width duvet: 200 cm
    Suitable for mattress width: 120, 140 and 160 cm
  • Lits-jumeaux duvet cover - 240x240 cm:
    Width duvet: 240 cm
    Suitable for mattress width: 160, 180 and 200 cm

Not everyone who sleeps in a small double or double bed chooses one duvet. If you like to snuggle up to someone, choose a double or a lits-jumeaux duvet.
But if you don't like pulling and prefer to crawl under your own duvet, you can also choose to sleep with both under your own duvet. HOOMstyle therefore also offers a set of 2 single duvets. Super handy!
