Customer Service Representative HOOMstyle Living | 32-40 hours
Now is the time for that really fun and cozy job! Our international home webshops are growing fast. Are you the communicative service desk employee who can help our customers well?
Every day we send many orders from our own warehouse in Weesp. You will make sure that all questions about products, orders, and other topics are handled properly. And if you want more, there is always room to expand your role further. You can really independent working in a informal atmosphere. There is a lot of laughter here and the cozy office almost feels like a living room. We even have a super sweet company dog, her name is Milou and she likes to snore under a blanket in the warehouse or office. Working with us is simply fun and varied. We have a nice, collegial team that mainly consists of women with 2 men for some balance ;)
We have been designing and selling the most beautiful home accessories and home textiles under our own brand label HOOMstyle and for our international private-label customers. We have all collections produced worldwide under our own management and import them ourselves. The growth is mainly in the online sales to consumers via own webshops and sites like Home24, Bol etc.
Job description
You work in a team of about 6 people and your workday might look like this; Through a modern system where all orders from the various webshops come in, you ensure that questions and cases regarding orders and products are properly answered. Most contacts are via email, chat or online systems and sometimes by phone. You are also responsible for processing return requests and support your colleagues in order processing with other tasks and questions. You are the one who has an overview and knows what needs to be done to satisfy our online customers. The content manager may sometimes ask for assistance during a shoot of a new product in our in-house photo studio or you check that all products are properly listed on the various sites. You can also help with adding new products or checking the stock. We really do it together here and that makes it so fun and varied! And of course, your input is always welcome in the area of new products, colors or ideas. In short: a versatile position in a cozy and professional team where it’s all about beautiful home accessories.
The desired number of hours per week is 32-40h, this way you maintain an optimal overview of all ongoing matters and miss nothing!
What do you bring?
* An MBO/HBO level of work and thinking and good computer skills (including Office)
* You are a real trouble-shooter and 100% service-oriented
* You have proven experience in a similar role
* You work independently, structured, accurately and are professional
* Good command of Dutch and English, possibly some French or German would be great
* You think in solutions and are a real go-getter
* You are open to learning new things and are collegial
* You have a bit of humor and perspective
